Miss Philippines-Earth 2009 Winners

Congratulations to the winners of the ecologically-themed Miss Philippines-Earth 2009 pageant! Especially remarkable is the victory of Filipina-German model and nurse Sandra Seifert, who was disqualified from the Binibining Pilipinas pageant earlier this year. Sandra has clearly recovered from that setback, grabbing the top title of Miss Philippines-Earth.
