Karen Pamintuan

Filipina model Karen Pamintuan was literally born into high fashion. Her grandmother owned a dress shop frequented by Manila’s elite, while her aunt is famous fashion designer Patis Tesoro.

Karen started modeling at age 15, by which time she already stood 5′ 8″. Within her first year of modeling (2002), she was already hailed as Miss Chanel International and Seventeen Model of the Year.

Karen’s quite athletic, having competed in international tournaments for her varsity basketball team. She’s also an equestrienne.

If you’re in the Philippines, you can catch Karen hosting Chill Spot, a lifestyle show on the ETC cable channel. She also graces the cover of this month’s Uno magazine.

Vicky Herrera sounds dumb on radio with all her likelikelike comments….. Karen at least was really good. Why isn’t she back in radio?

Karen could definately work in USA as a TV host, radio, or model. We would be happy to represent her should she want to send us a casting video/portfolio:

I like to say that Karen Pamintuan also hosted on QTV Philippines, a show “FIT & FAB” show with Maggie Wilson, another gorgeous Filipina. Karen is contemporary, and definately got the looks and brains. I prefer her as an English host tho’…her tagalog isn’t that good.
