UK-born Filipina-Cuban-Hawaiian-Spanish-Irish model Saffi Karina just made the cover of Playboy Philippines for January 2009. As you can see from her showreel, her modeling resume is even longer than her list of ethnicities. The 23-year-old full-time model has racked up quite a few gigs in just over two years, working with the likes of Nokia and Puma.
