Filipina-Polish Fitness Model Monique Minton

Filipina-Polish fitness model Monique Minton graces the cover of Flex magazine’s swimsuit edition this month. That’s quite an achievement, considering that the twenty-four-year-old model won her first major bodybuilding competition just two years ago.

Monique, who also goes by the nickname MoMo, also appeared on the cover of Muscle and Fitness Hers in March. Aside from her magazine appearances, she’s a calendar girl for Bio-Engineered Supplements and Nutrition, the official supplement provider for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Towering at 5′ 9″ with an impressive 150-lb. build, Monique is the physical paragon of a strong fine Filipina.
